We offer Free Express shipping on all orders within the United States. Your order will be delivered in 3–5 business days, so you can start upgrading your setup without the wait.

At ThirdEye, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer returns within forty (40) days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return, all items must be brand new, unused, unassembled, undamaged, and returned in their original, sealed packaging with all parts, hardware, and accessories included. Items must be in the same condition as received to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

For quality assurance and logistical reasons, products that have been assembled, installed, modified, opened, or used are not eligible for return or refund. Any item returned without its original packaging or missing components may be denied or subject to restocking requirements.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with standard processing times.
